What's wrong with my YTMND?

I was going to PM Max about it, but I figured I'd make one first to see if anyone else had this problem. I'm on OS 10.4.8, on Safari 2.0.4. I have no news, and the top of the site is messed up. I have no stylesheets or adblockers on.
