I don't...instead what I do is take http://www.wall-up.com/files/gow.jpg and apply it over an image, to give it a natural feel I choose a lighten layer style for it in Photoshop (either Lighten, Screen, Linear Dodge, or Color Dodge, depending on what looks best over that image).
