Most people are glad he's dead. He did horrible, horrid things to people. The site's not saying they're sad he's dead, or that they're happy he's dead. It's just a reminder of his exsistence on the planet, wrether it brings good memories, bad memories, or neutral memories. Though I'm sure there's not really any good memories, lol.
