Well it's a bit complicated. First I took the first two seconds of loud noise from http://epicnedmlol.ytmnd.com, then amplified, delayed, FFT filtered, and inverted it a lot, then amplified it again. Then I took the delayed part and repeated it, inverted it a lot, wahwahed it, FFT filered it, and amplified it again. Then I took a 9000Hz sawtooth wave, inverted it a lot, FFT filtered it, wahwahed it, bass boosted it, delayed it, and amplified it. Then I took the REEEEEEEEE sound and amplified it, slowed it
