I've tried to get it synced the best I can... if you have a slower computer or have sudden lag it may desync. Refreshing may also help.

needs serious editing. instead of one huge solid black box, size the image so that instead of black, it's transparent- that way, the image doesnt lag so much when changing frames. That's why it's falling out of synch for so many people. The timing is right, but the image needs heavy editing.
