bush won't have a draft, but not for the reason the conservatives like to push (that he cares too much about the american people to put in a draft, cause he doesn't really), the real reason is because if there was a draft/rationing/taxation to cover the war, the armchair warrior conservatives would have to sacrifice somthing in thier lives, and if that happened, the last of bush's support would fade away as more people would consiter the morality of this war (like in veitnam).
