Courts around the world ... have ruled that business and intividuals can be posecuted for illedal downloading. TRUE, but Barely any. The named example, US supreme court, also agreed on so much violent bullsh*t and limiting freedom lately. VERY BAD EXAMPLE *SSH*L*ES! And even though they tried, thank good their powers in most foreign countries are very limited!

Your english is terrible. Also, the FBI doesn't prosecute people who download music nowadays, they only prosecute people who host over 100 gigs. At least, if you believe a FBI agent who does it for a living.
