Not true. I submitted my 3 Zuiikin Girls sites in the afternoon/evening and they all 3 went to the top 15! I submitted the first @ 3pm, then 9pm and then 10:30pm. I created an Earthworm Jim one at 5pm taht also went to the top 15, though it was very breifly (but it still counts!)

Well in the UK you'd have to release ur site at 6 a.m to get into Top 15. Also, it's 11 o'clock here when it's 4 o'clock across the pond.
