I don't understand the question. Nagin also later said that by "chocolate" he meant "interracial"... He said "To make chocolate you mix some white milk and some black chocolate". Or some bullsh*t. Yeah, he is an idiot, and he got re-elected by a slim margin. Big friggin deal. How Bush got re-elected is a bigger mystery to me
