I think the cat's rear legs are paralyzed and his own turned an RC car into this. He uses his front legs to press two buttons that moves it around.

Has the cat really learned to use two buttons to move itself around? ... not just in a stim./response conditioning way, but e.g. play, territory patrol, etc. ? That cat's brain needs to be dissected.
