I'm highly surprised that game has not died yet. I mean, I used to play it, but damn. I still remember gravity suddenly failing and tanks flying randomly into the air after like 30min of travel.

I think i saw this game in the stores awhile ago. Subscription huh? At first I thought it was like an online "mapview" strategy game... Interesting idea there.
