No...have you seen the site which this is a semi-response to? It has Hermione pointing her wand at someone, and you can see what might resemble the back of a thong (this is because he pants are low, and her sweatshirt is short) and according to the IMDb, it's a microphone battery pack...I don't know how you got "vibrator" out of that.
