Sry, but the photoshop was a bit much. Try resubmitting it with a slideshow effect showing the stupid pics of these presidents, (like taft in the tub...brrr...) then attach we are the champions by queen to contrast their mediocrity. Finally top it off with a "we salute you" sarcastic comment at the end. Its not bad but it feels half baked, sry. Try some of the things I suggested and if you cant do animation, just show still photos of them looking stupid in a collage with NO PHOTOSHOPPED EYES cont....
and queen song "we are the champions", finally, add text saying "we salute you". Alternative could be inserting the first line of the bud light YTMND's "Budlight presents real men of genious" and cut the rest of it off, but I suggest the champions song.
