Venkman's yelling at him to get out of the way. Then Louis strolls up to the painting, and says 'Boy, the super nintendo's gonna be pissed.' And he chucks a bottle of kittens at Vigo's head and the baby never hits the ground.
That's why they call Louis Tully the Extreme.
